He is survived by: his wife Gisele DeAngelis (Jacobs) of Smithfield; his sister Patty Afragola of North Haven, CT; his siblings-in-law, Parris, Tammy Jacobs, Kim, Ralph Burnette, Kipling and Martha Jacobs; his niece Holly Mangosh-Newberry of Kempner, TX; and his nephew Christopher Jacobs. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
