We are sad to announce that on June 1, 2023, at the age of 85, John M. Hammers of Smithfield, Pennsylvania, born in Huntingdon, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, James Edward and Dorothy Isabelle Hammers (Ambrose). He is survived by: his wife Audrey Hummel; his children, Joani Marie Clugston (Norman), Cathy Fisher (Gary), Lori Hollibaugh, Jeffrey Willoughby (Melody), Linda Sneath, Robert Hammers, Michael Hammers, Thomas Hammers, Brenda Hammers and Joe Hammers; his grandsons, Dustin Weko and Garrett Bilger; his nieces, Debbie Bair and Kathy Huhn; his brothers-in-law, Richard Hummel and Danny Hummel (Jean); and his friend Jody Brown. He is also survived by numerous other grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
