He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Milton David and Mary Catherine David (Britt); and his father-in-law Domenick CoVille. He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann David (CoVille) of Smithfield; his sons, John C. David Jr. (Connie) of Greenburgh, Michael J. David (Kim) and WVa; his grandson Zachary David; his sister Mary Catherine Bowman of Florida; and his mother-in-law Ellen CoVille of Hopwood. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
