She is survived by: her son Michael Koffler (Anna) of Washington, PA; her granddaughters, Alexandra and Elizabeth Koffler; her siblings, Carol Zautke (Kenneth) of Norfolk, NE, Richard Kortje (Vickie) of Portland, OR and Ron Kortje (Beth) of Norfolk, NE; and her siblings-in-law, Laquita Kortje and Frank Massman.
