He was predeceased by: his wife Betty Jane Hamilton Hetrick; his daughter Janet Sisson; and his brothers, Fred Hetrick and Denny Hetrick. He is survived by: his grandchildren, Kimberli Orr of Smithfield, PA, Robert Miller of Connellsville, PA, Leslie Pettitt of Uniontown, PA, Jolene Rider of Kentucky and Gary Wilson of Collingwood Park, Australia. He is also survived by eleven great grandchildren and ten great great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
