He was predeceased by: his parents, John Frailey and Trudel Frailey (Westover); his son Chris Frailey; and his sister Beatrice Jeffries. He is survived by: his spouse W. Lee Miller; his children, Lynette Frailey of Lynchburg, VA and Curtis Frailey (Donna) of Huntingdon; and his siblings, Evon Hall (James) of Kokomo, IN and Richard Frailey (Judy) of Belton, SC.. He is also survived by three grandsons; and five great-grandchildren.
