It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Debora M. Loch of Smithfield, Pennsylvania, born in East Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania, who passed away on September 14, 2022, at the age of 55, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest Smith and Jean Smith (Smith); and her fiancé Frank Bell. She is survived by: her sons, James Miller and John Smith; her brother Tim Smith; and her grandchildren, Logan, Layla Smith and Bellamy Laydon-Miller.
