He is survived by: his children, Lori Perry of Masontown and Bruce H. Perrine of Maidesville, WV; the mother of his children Darlene Perrine; his granddaughter Amber Perry; and his brother Roger Perrine of Adah. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
