It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William Howard Lockhart of Smicksburg, Pennsylvania, who passed away on November 17, 2023, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Lockhart and Alice Lockhart (Schoenburger); his wife Barbara Lockhart (Fulmer); and his siblings, Eloise, Bob and Charlie Lockhart.
He is survived by: his children, Sharon Dawson (Steve) of Haymarket, VA, Debbie Haggerty (Andy) of Indiana, Judy Hunter (Tom) of Apollo Beach, FL and Bill Lockhart (Norma) of Smicksburg; and his sisters-in-law, Eleanor Lockhart of Smicksburg and Jackie Lockhart of Smicksburg. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren.
