She was predeceased by: her parents, Maude Waltz (McDivitt) and Lloyd C. Waltz; her husband Blaine E. VanHorn; her children, Melinda, Kenneth and David VanHorn; her siblings, Marilyn Waltz, Virginia Waltz, Thelma Winebark, Donald, Lloyd and Robert Waltz; and her sons-in-law, John Rotto and Earl Keibler.
She is survived by: her children, Karen Rotto of Lower Burrell, Blaine Jr. of Vandergrift, Ronald VanHorn (Judy) of Dayton, Judy Keibler of Apollo and Timothy VanHorn of Rochester Mills; and her sister Martha Rickard of Indiana, PA.. She is also survived by twenty-five great grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren.
