She was predeceased by: her parents, William M. Reese and Vada Burt Reese; her husband Eugene R. Lewis; and her son-in-law Stephen J. Wells. She is survived by: her children, Pamela Cochran-Wells of Salamanca, NY., Ronald "Mike" W. Lewis (Linda) of Smethport and Paul J. Lewis (Beth) of Smethport. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren and 6 great-great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
