She was predeceased by: her parents, Hamilton Rounsville and Arlena Canfield Rounsville; her granddaughter Chrystal Keesler; and her siblings, Tom Rounsville and Frances Cochran.
She is survived by: her husband Kenneth Richard Shelley; her children, Kenneth E. Shelley (Teresa) of Rew, John A. Shelley (Jackie) of Eldred, Chad F. Shelley (Kayla) of Smethport, Deanna L. Shelley (Rich Dubetsky) of Smethport and Brenda L. Keesler (Dave) of Smethport; and her siblings, Dale Rounsville (Sue) of Eldred, Ricky Rounsville (Tammy) of Farmers Valley and Edwina Freer (Bob) of Eldred.
