She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank H. Blakeslee and Elizabeth Blakeslee (Hitchcock); her husband James R. Herzog; and her brother Frank H. Blakeslee, Jr.. She is survived by: her sons, Scott of Smethport and Kent of Smethport; and her grandchildren, Ryan, Tara, Heather and Stacey.
