It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shirley Ann Ostrander of Smethport, Pennsylvania, who passed away on December 12, 2022, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Ostrander and Mary Vicic Ostrander; her sister Betty Ostrander; and her grandparents, Martin, Anna Vicic, Byron and Ellen Ostrander.
She is survived by: her significant other Jeanette Weber; her sibling Papillions; her close friend Jeannie of Smethport; her sisters, Ellen Power (Larry) of Mesa Arizona and Mary VanMarter (John) of Port Allegany; her nieces, Christine and Kathline of Arizona; her cousin Eddie Vicic of Port Allegany; and also, Amber, Debby Nelson and Denise Campbell.
Memorials may be made to the Hamlin Memorial Library of Smethport or any woman supporting charity of the donor's choice.
