Ruffner of Smethport, Pennsylvania, born in Bradford, Pennsylvania, who passed away on March 3, 2022, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Merle Ruffner and Dorothy W. Ruffner (Johnson); his wife Josephine E. Ruffner (Rich); his daughter Christina Marie Ruffner-Mackey; and his siblings, Beverly Good, Bonnie Mascioni and Richard Ruffner.
He is survived by: his children, Dorothy "Dar" A. Kight (John) of Smethport, Stephanie L. Ruffner of Smethport and Robert R. Ruffner Jr. (Linda) of Crosby; and his brothers, John Ruffner of Aiken and Merle "Bud" Ruffner of Bradford. He is also survived by nine grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
