He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Kelly and Mildred Schwiekart; his stepmother Marjorie Kelly; and his siblings, Harry, Joseph Kelly and Nancy Kelly.
He is survived by: his close friend Sandra Kiehlmeier of Smethport; his children, Ashley O'Connell (Derek) of Cyclone, Stephany Kaziska (Justin) of Smethport, Joshua McCain (Jenifer) of New Jersey, Matthew McCain (Jolene) of Houston, TX and John Meacham (Julie) of Turtlepoint, Twelve; his siblings, Edward Kelly (Nancy), Julia Soegaard (Donald) of Sutter, CA, Patricia Starr of Port Allegany and Linda Hardes of Port Allegany; and his stepsisters, RaeAnn Manning (Tom) of Pendleton, SC and Lynn Leonard (Dewey) of Port Allegany.
