Though his name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Robert leaves upon the hearts of his loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of his spirit and the richness of his legacy.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Ivan D. Kelley and L. Imogene Phipps Kelley; his spouse Kelly J. Backus; his brother-in-law Jean Ann (Roger Rice); and his brother Donald D. Kelley.
He is survived by: his sons, Ryan Kelley (Ann) of Coryville, Sean Kelley (Danielle) of Pleasant Gap and Robert Kelley Jr. (Susan) of Smethport; and his sister Debra Kelley of Eldred. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
