He was loved and cherished by many people including: his father Roy W.; his wife Nina Erma Higley; his children, Douglas Phillips and Barbara Burkhouse (Lloyd) of Bradford, PA; and his sisters, Lucille Wood of Rochester, NY, Delores Walter of Shinglehouse, PA and Patricia Jandrew. He was also cherished by 6 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren.
