He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Bigley and Marjorie Bigley (Lushbaugh); and his sister Glenna Austin. He is survived by: his wife Gloria J. Bennett; his son Robert C. Bigley of Nanticoke, PA.; and his granddaughter Inaya Akinde. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
