We are sad to announce that on May 29, 2021, at the age of 71, Phyllis J. Green of Smethport, Pennsylvania, born in Port Allegany, Pennsylvania passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Phyllis J. Green to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John F. Hewitt and Jean V. Kerr Hewitt; and her siblings, Thomas Hewitt and Maxine Nawrocki. She is survived by: her close friend Linda Huntington; her sons, Brian Green (Kelly) of Coudersport and Kevin Green (Rachel) of Mansfield, Four; her grandchildren, Taylor, Jared Green of Coudersport, Jacob and Andrew Green of Mansfield; her sister-in-law Linda K. Hewitt of Smethport; and her friend Robert Miles of Pittsburgh. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
