He is survived by: his spouse Roxanne M. O'Rourke; his children, Stone Page, Benjamin Page and Hazel Page of Smethport; his grandmother Vera Lowery of Renovo; his parents, Luther "Bugger" Page of Lock Haven and Frances "Cenie" Winkelman of Renovo; his stepfather Pat Lowery of Renovo; his siblings, Patrick Lowery of Renovo, Mindy Cozzi (Brian) of Cogan Station, Tanya Brooks (Jason) of Pittsburgh and Tasha Lowery of Renovo; his mother-in-law Calvin; and his siblings-in-law, Amy Costa (Josh) of Smethport and Calvin O'Rourke Jr. (Megan) of Clarks Green. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
