She is survived by: her husband Richard L. Weaver; her sons, Kim McNeil (Christeena) of Eldred and Tim McNeil (Dawn) of Port Allegany; her stepchildren, Todd Weaver of Smethport and Dianne Eaton (Fred) of Smethport; her grandchildren, Joshua McNeil, Suzanne Shall (Anthony), Mark McNeil (Bethany), Denise Evens (Jamie) and Corey Raymo (Melinda); her stepgrandchildren, Jeffrey (Molly), Kellie Ricci (Nicholas), Bridget Fowler (Terry), Brett Sircy, David Eaton, Kyley and Garrett Weaver; her great grandchildren, Alex (Kylei), Carter Shall, Alexis, Cole, Kyle McNeil, Allison, Jade, Drew, Brynn Evens, Maicey and Cayde Raymo; her stepgreat-grandchildren, Haille, Layla, Norma Fowler, Madigan McMahon and Isabelle Ricci (Izzy); her great great grandchild Sawyer Shall; her siblings, William Tobias (Debbie) of Columbus, OH, Phillip Tobias (Brenda) of Lafayette, CO, Vicki Tobias Huff of New Port Richey, FL and Vonda Tobias Stoffa of Surprise, AZ; and her sister-in-law Patricia McDaniel (Jerald) of Phoenix, AZ.
