She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel M. Neely and Hattie M. Dickie Neely; her husband Mervin Doyle Miller; and her siblings, Francis, Grover, Jack, Leroy, William Neely, Helena Slocum, Pauline Baker, Phyllis McCracken, Betty Neely and Audrey McDonald.

She is survived by: her children, Marla McKeirnan (John) of Smethport and Mervin D. Miller, Jr. (Shelley Whitman) of Aiken; her grandson Colby McKeirnan (Taylor Palmer) of Eldred; her great grandchildren, Giulia and Kennedy McKeirnan; and her sister Donna Payne (Dick) of Rixford.

She was a dedicated volunteer at Sena Kean Manor for many years and was their auxiliary president, volunteered with the McKean Daffodil Days Campaign, and the American Cancer Society.
