It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Leon D. Sherwood of Smethport, Pennsylvania, born in Cuba, New York, who passed away on July 29, 2023, at the age of 62, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his parents, James Sherwood (Shirley Sherwood) and Shirley Sherwood (Galentine); his wife Carla J. Green; his children, Pamela M. Hagg (James) of Magnolia, TX. and Leon D. Sherwood, Jr. (Ashely) of Turtlepoint; his grandchildren, Tyler, Seth Sherwood, Dylan, Camille, Jace Hagg and Jonah McKeirnan; and his siblings, Rebecca Witt (David) of Turtlepoint, Diana Marvin of York, PA. and David Sherwood of Dillsburg, PA.
