She is survived by: her children, David Hazlett (Sue), Ron Scott (Deb), Cathy Lawson (Mike), Rhonda Coccimiglio (Bob), Kristy Hazlett (Danielle Dahlberg) and Danielle Hazlett (Ken Figard); and her siblings, John Motter, Bernice McCullough (Jim), Phyllis Clark (Ken), Diane Enott (Lou) and Sue Knutson (Rick).
Due to COVID-19 restrictions, a graveside burial will be held on Saturday, January 16, at 11 AM in St. Elizabeth Cemetery, Smethport.
