He is survived by: his parents, Larry Dow of Bradford and Linda Dow (Hribar) of Bradford; his daughters, Andrea Dow of St. Clair, PA and Lily Dow of Mt. Jewett; his siblings, Lawrence "Tony" Dow (Natsuko) of Japan and LeAnne Mangus (Lonnie) of North Carolina; and his nieces, Lauren, Lydia and Leah.
