He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Copeland and Pearl Nellis; his spouse Calonae Dawne Nelson; his daughters, Michele Sherry and Monique Overly; his son-in-law Alan Hamilton; and his grandson Mark McCracken.
He is survived by: his stepparents, George "Bud" Young and Dee Copeland; his daughter Cindy Hamilton of Smethport; his grandchildren, Christi Kisko (Garry), Tanya Brown (Ryan), William Gaskin, Brianna Hunter (Ron), Robert, Jason Sherry and Paul Betters; his great grandchildren, Justin Burgess (Jenna), Kadence Kisko (Valerie), Baylee, Hayden Brown, Korbin and Trent Hunter; his great great grandchild Kian Kisko; his siblings, William Copeland (JoAnn) and Marsha Silvo (Tom); and his caregiver Gert.
A celebration of life was held on Thursday, April 17th 2025 at 12:30 PM at the Smethport VFW.
