She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Switzer and Anna Smith Switzer; her husband Donald I. Nelson; and her siblings, Robert, Donald Switzer and Norma Jean Switzer.
She is survived by: her children, Michael R. Nelson (Candice) of Smethport, Steven S. Nelson (Lisa) of Smethport, Thomas D. Nelson (Sonia) of Bradford and Yvonne D. Simms (Max) of Gifford; her grandchildren, Becky, Nicole, Emily, Bryce, Danielle, Thomas Jr., Tim, Andria, Joshua, Tiffany, Megan and Max Jr.; and her brother Craig Switzer of Eldred.
Memorials, if desired, may be made to a charity of the donor's choice.
