He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Waldo and Emogene McGowan Herzog; and his siblings, Phyllis Herzog Holzer, Janet Herzog Beach and Donald M. Herzog.
He is survived by: his wife Sylvia Herzog; his sons, Scott Herzog of Smethport and Kent Herzog of Smethport; his grandchildren, Ryan, Heather, Tara and Stacey; and also Bob Alderfer. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
