He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Austin and Lela Mae Porter Austin; his wife Beatrice G. Burrows; and his siblings, Hanford, Frank, Howard, Harold, Ellsworth, Milford, Robert, Lena, Letha and Jenny.
He is survived by: his children, Kathy Silvis (Ron) of Eldred, Donna Bly (Jim) of Bradford, Becky Nodler (Mark) of Olean, Penny Lundgren (Jim) of Eldred One and Rick Austin (Rhonda) of Smethport Twelve; his grandchildren, Samantha Silvis (Gary Budinger), Sonja Bacha (Barry), Tara Reid (Tom), Kristen, Adam, Sarah Nodler, Nichole Austin, Colby Austin (Andrea), Marcy Flickinger (Steve Warren), Candi Grizwold (Paul), Betty Smith Sixteen (Chris) and Brent Silvis; his great grandchild Vincent Silvis; and his granddaughter-in-law Deborah Silvis.
