Williams of Smethport, Pennsylvania, born in Johnsonburg, Pennsylvania, who passed away on December 4, 2021, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Williams and Ethel Williams (Anderson); his son Francis E. Williams; his siblings, Melvern, Wally, Bob, Jim, Donny, John, Violet, Luella and Audrey; and his children-in-law, Mary DeCarlo and Delmar Leroy Work.
He is survived by: his wife Rhea Mae Martin; his children, Ted Williams of Smethport, Sharon Work of Cyclone and Tina Linane (Dick) of Gifford, Eight; and his siblings, Norman Williams of Cyclone, Lila McLaughlin of Cyclone and Dorothy Manning of Arizona.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to a charity of the donor's choice.
