He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Raymond and Matilda Olive May Schneider (Gilbert); and his siblings, Bob, Raymond, George, Larry, Dorothy, Matilda and Nancy.
He is survived by: his children, Amy Schiraldi (Rocco) of Painted Post, NY and Frank Schneider (Breanna) of Painted Post, NY; his grandchildren, Jennifer, Bethany, Jaden, Justin and Jay; his great grandchildren, Briana, Sara, Anastasia, Oliver, Silas and Rowan; and his siblings, Eli Schneider (Connie) of Eldred, PA, James "Billy" Schneider, Bonnie Schneider and Florence Kersey. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Frank's name may be sent to the McKean County Veterans Club, 608 E Water St, Smethport, PA 16749 or to the Norwich Township Sportsman Club.
