With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Erma Phillips of Smethport, Pennsylvania, born in Bradford, Pennsylvania, who passed away on October 6, 2021 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Donovan Higley and Nina Ford Higley; her husband Richard M. Phillips; and her sons, Richard W. Phillips and Mitchell D. Phillips.
She is survived by: her children, Douglas Phillips of Olean, NY. and Barbara Burkhouse (Lloyd) of Bradford, PA.; and her grandchildren, Christina Burkhouse, Jason Bosworth (Brittany), Katie Fink (Dave), Joseph Phillips, Donovan Phillips and Brian Burkhouse (Jordon). She is also survived by eleven great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
Memorials, if desired, may be made to a charity of the donor's choice.
