He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Johnson and Charlotte Fern Johnson; and his sisters, Marlene and Gloria. He is survived by: his son Chad Bell (Ashley) of Kane; his siblings, Dan Johnson (Shelby), Bob Johnson of Driftwood, Bonnie Kiser of Manassas, VA and Tina Diehl (Leon) of Nesquehoning; and his grandchildren, Kianna, Carson and Kamryn. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
