He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer David Hughes and Edna Mae Long Delophane; his wife Joyce Ann Baker; and his sister Kathy Hughes. He is survived by: his children, David M. Hughes (Alison) of Smethport, Tamara Wilkinson (Jimmy Keim) of Douglasville, Tony Hurst of Clarksburg, W. Va and Larry Hurst of Eldred; and his grandchildren, Leland Hughes, Elijah Stuckey, Mia Wilkinson and Nina Wilkinson.
