He was predeceased by: his parents, Stewart Goodwill and Rena Mattison Goodwill-Baney; his son Stuart Dallis Goodwill; and his brother William Earl Goodwill. He is survived by: his wife Lynne N. Moore; his children, Daniel Dean Goodwill (Brenda) of Smethport, Eric Blaine Goodwill of Lafayette, IN, Andrew Ryan Goodwill of Smethport and Kathleen Goodwill-Angelini of Bloomsburg, PA.; his grandchildren, Ethan, Lauren, Katelin, Shannon, Olivia, Chloe and Gabriella; his sister Peggy Ford (Truman) of Smethport; his aunt Wilma Sietler of Florida; and his nieces and nephews, Billy, Bob, Brian, Kim, Sherri and Peggy Lee.
