Howard; his children, Teah of Smethport, Gavin of Smethport, Trent of Smethport and Reuben Howard of Smethport; and his siblings, Jeff of Eldred, Victor Fenton of Eldred and Amber Fenton of Eldred. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
