She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Herzog and Erma Herzog (Kessler); her husband George Eugene Dean; her children, Carol Rebecca Dean and James Lester Dean; and her siblings, Aletha Mays, Rena Vicere, Lelia Shonts, Cinderella Taylor, Hazel Smith and Gilbert Herzog.
She is survived by: her children, Ed, Craig, Cory, Justin, Zach, Lauren, Michael, Brian, Matthew, William Dean (Barbara) of Coral Springs, FL, George Edward Dean (Rosemary) of Smethport, PA and Lori Smith (Todd) of Smethport; her grandsons, Michael Dean (Robyn), Brian Dean (Jenn), Matthew Dean (Angele), Craig Dean, Cory Dean, Justin Smith (Lauren) and Zachary Smith; her great grandchildren, Tyler, Maria Lauren, Ashlyn, Emily and Dexter; and her sisters, Martha Oxentine (Sam) and Philinda Scott. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
