Carlson Sr. of Smethport, Pennsylvania, born in Port Allegany, Pennsylvania, who passed away on January 20, 2022, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Holger Carlson and Alice Lindsey Carlson; his son Daniel Carlson; and his brothers, Ronald Carlson and Gary Carlson.
He is survived by: his wife Judi Carlson of Smethport; his children, Kristin Fitzsimmons (Aaron) of Smethport, Byron Carlson, Jr. of Smethport, Mark Carlson (Lynn) of Eldred and Eric Carlson of Smethport; his siblings, Holger Carlson of Smethport and Penny Walker of Clermont; and his grandchildren, Baylee Fitzsimmons, Ian Fitzsimmons, Evan Fitzsimmons, Cameron Carlson, Ellie Carlson, Karissa Carlson, Renee Miller, Tyler Carlson, Trevor Carlson, Marky Carlson and Landon Carlson. He is also survived by two great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions in his memory can be made to a charity of the donor's choice.
