She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Wazelle and Mabel Fleming Wazelle; her husband Eugene A. Ennis; her daughter Julia Marie Ennis; and her sister Carolyn Gail Wazelle.
She is survived by: her children, Lisa A. Murphy (Lance) of Frewsburg, NY, Kristi L. Billyard (Chris Laktash) of Smethport, Paul Ennis (Tammy) of Albion, PA and Scott Ennis (Susan) of Jim Thorpe, PA.; her grandchildren, Brandon Pierce (Shelly), Scott Billyard (Shyanna), Casey Billyard (Rayna), Kaitlyn Billyard, Lucas Laktash, Conner, Nikki, Tyler and McKenna Ennis; and her sisters, Cindy Heimbach (Ted) of Broken Arrow, OK, Rae Ellen Babiak (Mike) of Decatur, TX and Amy Farrow (Chris) of Kane, PA.
