Augusta G. Owens Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Augusta G. Owens of Smethport, Pennsylvania, who passed away on October 16, 2021 at the age of 96. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Alonzo MacKenzie and Pearl MacKenzie; her sons, Bruce Owens and James Owens Jr. A; her sisters, Julia Rose and Donna Greenman; and her granddaughter Julie Penird.
She is survived by: her husband James LeRoy Owens Sr.; her daughter Gail Raymond (Paul) of Smethport; her siblings, Annie Green of Smethport and Daniel MacKenzie of Eldred; her daughters-in-law, Bonnie Silvis Owens and Jean Morton; and her grandchildren, David Owens, Kelly Erickson, Barry, Justin and Jonah Raymond.
A Private funeral service will be held due to the COVID protocols with the Rev. Max Simms.
