He was predeceased by: his wife Rhonda Lanham; his father Homer Marshall; and his brother Michael Marshall. He is survived by: his mother Alberta Marshall; his sons, Michael Grant and Bradley Pulver; his stepson Cody Law; his daughter Brandi Pulver; and his siblings, Mark, Micky Marshall and Michelle Marshall.
