She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Sentipal, Sr. and Dolly Sentipal (Weaver); her son Steven Bosick; her husband John Bosick; and her brother Ronald Sentipal Sr. (Kathy).
She is survived by: her daughter Michelle Bosick of Bulger, PA; her grandson Steven Bosick Jr.; and her siblings, James Sentipal (Ruthann) of Cross Creek, Joseph Sentipal, Jr. (Sissy) of Eldersville, Pearl Tustin of Georgetown and Vickie Koklich (John) of Hickory. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
