He was predeceased by: his parents, Stephen and Mary Hvizdos Dugas A; and his siblings, Albert and Elizabeth Dugas. He is survived by: his wife Louise Graff Dugas; his children, Marla Pendeville (Mark) of Burgettstown, Louis Stephen Dugas (April) of Atlasburg, Paul Dugas of Burgettstown and Julia Dugas of Cross Creek; his grandchildren, Ryan Pendeville (Shania) and Elizabeth Pendeville; his siblings, Theresa Dugas of Burgettstown, Martha Resnik of Burgettstown, Frances Gilbert (Tom), Steve Dugas (Valeria) of Slovan, Martin Dugas (Joyce), George, Ed, William, Anthony Dugas, Mary Beharry, Pauline Michalski and Bernie Watson; and his granddaughter Gabrielle Bruno.
