We are sad to announce that on September 26, 2022, at the age of 51, Leonard J. Wysocki Jr. of Slovan, Pennsylvania, born in Washington, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his grandparents, John, Mary Bartoletti, Benjamin and Pauline Wysocki; his uncle Richard Bartoletti; his aunt Judy Schwab; and his cousin Jennifer Bartoletti.
He is survived by: his parents, Leonard J. Wysocki, Sr. and Evelyn D. Wysocki (Bartoletti) of Slovan; his wife Kara Wysocki (Weaver); his daughters, Emily, Madeline and Karina Wysocki; his uncles, Donald (Toni), John (Susan) and Michael Bartoletti; his aunt Gidget Bartoletti (Lori); and his pet Lucky.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donation be made to St. Jude Research Hospital or Hillman Cancer Center.
