Chrzastek (Cody) of Red Level, AL and Jessica McCluskey of New Castle; her grandchildren, Talon Price, Richard Nelson, Zane Chrzastek and Conner Shaffer; her siblings, John C. Holmes of Slippery Rock and Micki McCool (Michael) of Volant; and her nieces and nephews, Cody Holmes, Shawn Holmes and Bridget Smoker.
