She was predeceased by: her father John West; her parents-in-law, Leo and Anna Marie Kiefer; and her brother-in-law Joseph Keifer. She is survived by: her wife Leanora A. Kiefer-West; her sisters, Diane Mason (Jeff) of Dandridge, TN and Cynthia Fanney of Morristown, TN; and her brother-in-law Leo Kiefer of Chicora. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
