It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Rachel Opp of Slippery Rock, Pennsylvania, born in New Castle, Pennsylvania, who passed away on September 30, 2024, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, John Isaac and Isabella Sheffler Isaac; her husband Donald Gene Opp; and her siblings, George Isaac, John Isaac, Leona Didiano, Edward Isaac and Robert Isaac.
She is survived by: her children, Dana Opp (Margie) of New Castle and Donald Opp (Marcia) of Eighty Four; her grandchildren, Rachel Ann Opp, Sarah Miller (Eric), Donny Opp and Nathan Opp; her great grandchildren, Annabelle, Shiloh and Jolene; and her sister Amelia Isaac of New Castle. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 6th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Presbyterian Church of Portersville (1297 Perry Hwy, Portersville, PA 16051). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, October 6th 2024 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
