She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, William Surrena and Freda Surrena; her husband Timothy Rea of Slippery Rock; her son Tim H. Rea of New Castle; and her brothers, William "Bill" Surrena of Harrisville and Allen Surrena of Clintonville.
The family suggest in lieu of flowers memorial donations in Kathy's honor be sent to St. Jude's or the American Cancer Society.
