He is survived by: his wife Pat; his daughters, Michelle Pomocki (Tom), Valerie Schlegel, Cindy Murphy (Dan) and Linda Kownacki (Joe); his grandchildren, Jamie, Stacie and Shannon; and his siblings, Bill Hoffman (Pat), Larry Hoffman (Alice) and Bernie Hoffman. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
